Tencent describes new vision and computer-use capabilities, with weights and system cards planned.
An API announcement is not the same as a downloadable-weight release.
What happened
Tencent’s 4 November announcement says Hy4 is available through Tencent Cloud TokenHub and Tencent products. Tencent describes visual understanding and command-line and graphical computer-use capabilities. The announcement says model weights and system cards will follow in the coming days; it does not establish that final Hy4 weights are downloadable. Do not confuse this release with Hy4 Preview.
Why it matters: An API announcement is not the same as a downloadable-weight release.
